Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our products have a 14 day curing period and this may affect custom orders. In this instance, all items will be shipped as soon as they are ready to go. During periods of high volume or warmer weather, this may incur delays in shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We have a flat rate of $15.00 (standard surface mail) for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select countries. And a minimum order of $50 AUD is required for all international orders. We ship all our domestic and international orders with Australia Post.
For NZ customers - For orders from $50-$200 AUD, there is a flat rate of $30 AUD. All Orders over $200 AUD, qualify for free standard international shipping.
For US customers - For orders between $50-$200 AUD, there is a flat rate of $50 AUD. All Orders over $200 AUD have a flat rate of $20 AUD.
For customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea - For orders between $50-$200 AUD, there is a flat rate of $30 AUD. Orders over $200 AUD have a flat rate of $20 AUD.
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties that may be incurred.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@garfieldhouse.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@garfieldhouse.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
