Garfield House has partnered with Lavender Moon Candle Co to deliver a range of candles that reflect the essences of the house and it's surrounds.

Born from a deeply personal need, their small business handcrafts sensory-friendly, eco-conscious natural wax candles and melts, designed with the well-being of all in mind. This journey began as a passion project when their eldest son was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. In their search for calming tools that wouldn't trigger his sensitivities, they realized the need for a product that offered comfort without compromising health. From this, they crafted a line of candles and wax melts that became the heart of their business — a simple yet powerful way to create a soothing environment, free from harmful additives or overwhelming scents.

Their goal is to create more than just candles and melts — they craft a safe, inviting space for all. Every product is designed with the intention of providing comfort, relaxation, and a sense of peace, no matter your sensory needs. TRUFFLEMEN Farm was established in 2002, and is located at Marulan on the Southern Highlands of NSW on the east coast of Australia producing Premium Black Périgord Truffles and truffle products from the rich limestone soil of the region.

The range of truffle products was introduced in 2017 to diversify from purely truffle farming. After battling the drought, and bushfires, and decreasing production due to climate change, TRUFFLEMEN made the decision to ensure they created zero waste on their farm (LOVE THIS!!).

Their exceptional truffle products are born out of years of innovation and experimentation. Their drive is to only supply to their customers, the essence of the world’s most treasured culinary ingredient. They no longer rely solely on the sale of fresh truffles! Now a large portion of their truffle harvest is manufactured into a range of luxury truffle products for you to enjoy all year round.

Marulan’s cool climate, fresh air and good rainfall, and rich limestone soil offer the perfect growing conditions for black winter truffles. Their truffles are nurtured in ideal conditions on gentle sloping hills. They grow and develop on the roots of oak and hazelnut trees throughout spring and summer, and slowly develop their aroma and rich flavour through autumn ready for harvest in winter.

Their truffles are harvested at their prime, under the direction of their chief hunters, truffle dogs, Lily and Gracie. Each truffle is hand harvested, gently cleaned, graded and prepared for presentation. It’s a long, slow process but the result of their care and passion is TRUFFLEMEN luxury truffle products that they are proud to share with you.
